Traci LaLiberte, Ph.D., MSW ’97 is the Executive Director of the University of Minnesota’s Center for Advanced Studies in Child Welfare where she oversees the Center’s research and training. She was recently awarded the Outstanding Service Award from the Minnesota Association of Children’s Mental Health. The award recognizes individuals who have had a significant, positive influence on the lives of children with mental health needs.

Join the School of Social Work community to hear from a panel of presenters who will discuss their work on nonviolence education and structural inequality. This will be an opportunity for the larger community to come together to hear from the panelists and discuss strategies that we can take as a community to help make change. This discussion is a step in a larger, long-term change process to address these complex issues.
