Lissie Brooks, LCSW

Has worked with children and families for over 30 years.  Her specialties are play therapy; families who have separated, divorced or remarried; and solution-focused therapy and solution-focused parenting.  She has a private practice in West Hartford and was formerly a family therapist at Youth and Family Services in Glastonbury.  Ms. Brooks received her MSW from the UConn School of Social Work.  She regularly presents seminars on a variety of topics pertaining to children and families and previously taught a course on Parenting and Parent Education at the SSW.
