Faculty and Doctoral Students at the 2025 DSO End of Semester Gathering

The Doctoral Student Organization (DSO) is the PhD student branch of the Graduate Student Organization (GSO) at the University of Connecticut School of Social Work. DSO strives to support doctoral students along their journey as a PhD student by offering guidance, support, and community. DSO is responsible for planning several events at the School of Social Work, including but not limited to end of semester community events, end of year awards, research collaboration events, representation at the doctoral committee meetings, and monthly check in meetings with other doctoral students. Three co-representatives run DSO and manage these activities. Please reach out the PhD director, Dr. Cristina Wilson at cristina.wilson@uconn.edu for more information on who your DSO representatives are and how to get involved.
