Diplomas
Diplomas are mailed approximately 8 to 12 weeks after your graduation date. Certified electronic diplomas will be available for purchase and download around the same time. For information about paper diplomas, certified electronic credentials (CeDiploma or CeCertificate), or replacement paper diplomas, please visit Diplomas and Certificates.
Transcripts
The school does not automatically send transcripts. Instructions on how to obtain unofficial transcripts and request official transcripts to be sent can be found on the Registrar website.
Focused Areas of Study Process
Students who wish to petition for a Focused Areas of Study should first review the requirements within the Focused Area of Study Manual to determine if they met all criteria. If all criteria are met, students should then fill out the Focused Areas of Study 2022-2023 Form (below) by Friday, March 29, 2024. If you are petitioning for multiple Focused Areas of Study, please submit a separate form for each.
Requirements for the Focused Areas of Study will not be reviewed until all grades have been posted. Those that have fulfilled the requirements will receive a letter via mail early summer. The Focused Areas of Study will not appear on your degree, it is verified through the letter sent.
